The 2016 RAV4 has earned the top rank in JD Power's annual consumer survey, the Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout Study (APEAL). In its crowded segment, this is quite an honor. Consumers ranked their vehicles on 77 attributes. Once the results were tallied, the models were ranked in order of their overall scores.
